Lets take a moment to stop and assess, then sip some tea, toast a few of these other special days this month, and then get back to work! Many of us are surely didn't realized how the year passed by and feels as if we are still in the new years hangover of last year. Time is running with the speed of air. No Time

What is this life if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.
No time to stand beneath the boughs,
And stare as long as sheep or cows.
No time to see, when woods we pass,
Where squirrels hide their nuts in grass.
No time to see, in broad daylight,
Streams full of stars, like skies at night.
No time to turn at Beauty's glance,
And watch her feet, how they can dance.
No time to wait till her mouth can,
Enrich that smile her eyes began.
A poor life this if, full of care,We have no time to stand and stare.

The Importance Of Honesty

More and more as I observe relationships, whether they be friendships, family relationships, business dealings or romantic partnerships, I notice just how few people have the courage to be truly honest with each other.

More often than not, those who are silencing their honesty seem to do so to keep the peace. But how is peace truly kept if one person is not able to express their feelings honestly, without risking a dose of the other person's wrath? That relationship therefore, is not on equal, mature footing, but rather under the control of one person.

Such relationships may still bring joy in other ways, tending to hide much of the discontent. That is, until it festers to a point of needing expression. At this time, things often come to a head and what could have been expressed honestly, in a peaceful manner at an earlier time, are now expressed in anger, and as a result, any opportunity for understanding or being heard properly is lost immediately.

Is it not better to express ourselves honestly as the feelings arise, rather than avoid them to the point when they can no longer be expressed clearly, due to the accumulation of residual feelings that now accompany them?

Of course, there is no guarantee that you will get the reaction you hope for either way. We cannot control another's reaction. But at least we will have our own respect by communicating honestly.

People come and go in life. We share the learning we are meant to and then move on, sometimes naturally and smoothly, sometimes in a blaze of glory. The same goes for romantic partnerships, business associations and family relationships, as well as friendships. Many family relationships are some of the worst I have seen, for sweeping things under the carpet to keep the peace.

Honesty is not always an easy thing to share, nor is it an easy thing to hear. We don't have to agree with what the other person is saying though, just as they don't have to agree with us. But to be respectful of the other person's feelings and to honour the relationship enough to be willing to hear the person out, allows for healthy, mature growth in any type of relationship.

If after that honesty has been heard and no reconciliation can be found then it is time to move on. Bless the other person on their journey, whether they know it or not, let go and move forward. Space will be created in your life for more like-minded people to now enter. And most of all, you will know that you have honoured your own heart by being honest. Just because the other person does not like what you have said, does not mean you should not have said it, and vice versa. Either way, everyone has a right to be heard.

It is not always without effort to be honest, especially when most of the people in power are not. How can we expect politicians to be honest if we are not so ourselves? I am certainly not excusing politicians, of course, but the more honest everyone becomes on a personal level, the more we see through dishonesty on any level. As a result, those who are not honest with their people will lose power sooner.

It takes courage to be honest in any kind of relationship and sometimes choosing the right timing helps. But what sort of quality is it, if one person carries so much power and anger that the other person cannot be themselves? Is that sort of relationship worth holding onto anyway? No way.

I have found honesty to be one of the most liberating elements of my life. It lets go of unhealthy situations, associations that are no longer healthy for my wellbeing, and allows those other beautiful, mature relationships to grow to new levels and to bloom.

None of us are perfect and we may not always like what others have said, or even what we have said! But at least we earn our own respect by having the courage to express our feelings.

Honesty can be delivered with compassion and empathy, but those acts of kindness also belong to ourselves. By being honest, you are being compassionate and kind to yourself and that, above all else, is the most important thing of all.

Busy doing Nothing

Hello Fellas,

Its been great to know that my blogs views have crossed almost 1400. It just inspires me to interact more on the flow of my thoughts. Needles to say that this platform is one of the reason for my interest in writing and this is one of the core reason i keep on posting here.

So, what m i thinking today? To be frank, nothing. This word "nothing" has 7 letters and each can be denoted in various forms and still we think that nothing is just "no thing to say". Well, for me this nothing has been tougher these days due to my unemployment status. We all must have faced this "Nothing Status" in our lives and as we get "Something" we forget the meaning of "Nothing".

It was till last month that i thought that money can buy anything and everything in the world and for me to survive without it was one of the nightmares. But someday or the other you have to face your nightmares which hits you right on your face when you least expect it. M 22(will be turning 23 soon), and here i'm sitting at home doing nothing. This nothing list is as follows:

• Learn Driving.
• Learn to cook different dishes.
• Give en-number of interviews.
• Search the best Jobs.
• Read novels(Complete the novel in a day).
• Keep my room neat and tidy.
• Read the bookmarked blogs and articles since i don't know how long.
• Get finally fed up of Facebook and start creating a Facebook page.
• Study Maths and think that it would have been much easier for me if i was ever serious about it :p
• Taking a look at my career and think where i still aim to go?
• Observe the nearest people in such difficult times.
• Read newspaper (for a change).
• Enjoy a hot cup of tea up in the morning with a pleasure of having enough time.
• Planning my future savings.

All these i haven't even looked at when i was doing something. So m glad that m doing nothing.

Matt Morris Quotes:
No matter where you are, if you’re reaching for new heights, you’re always at the starting point.
A homeless person striving to become financially independent…
A person with a good income striving for financial freedom…
A person who has never made a million dollars striving to become a millionaire…
A millionaire striving to become a billionaire…
And especially a person who is serving to do something that has NEVER been done before. An innovater!
Each and every person is at the same place when they begin their journey. The beginning!
And everything ahead of them is unknown and uncharted waters.

This uncharted waters is sure to chart the way soon. All m waiting is for a way to open. But all you people who are like me doing nothing, have faith. We are special, diamonds needs to be polished before it shines. So lets shine soon.Cheers..!

Doctors

It was 10 am and the weekend just started. My house was in complete chaos as few of my relatives and their kids had come up.And as dedicated elder sister i was given the responsibility to just take care of kids while they play in our garden, and i enjoy the moment to see these small kids in their most natural way. They are really smart..i must say!! I was tired playing with them but these kids..they never get tired of playing. I thought of getting some water and turned to pick up the bottle. In just that second i heard a loud noise of someone's head banging..I was blank for a moment when i saw the blood gushing out of arush's head. I immediately took him in my arms and rushed to the hospital as the blood was bleeding continuously from his head...the doctors took him in immediately to do the stiching and cleaning. With shivering hands i called mom and told her about the incident. She was very upset ( as expected) and was blasting on me. I quickly hanged up and went where doctors were taking care of him

He was crying in pain. Doctors made no effort to sooth his pain but just took the anesthesia so that he can do his job calmly..I was amazed.. How can the doctors be so insensitive now a days. I remember, when i faced the same incidence when i was a child, my doctor kept talking to me so that my mind is occupied answering his question and i could relieve myself from the pain.

Is profession taking over the emotions and sense of hurt seen on the poor patient?  They must be habituated to see such pain every hour n every minute..but still...

Each student who graduates from college comes out with full of dreams in their eyes and an empty pockets..to fill those empty pockets you either have to sacrifice your dreams or your pockets..and when you get both..you loose out interest soon...I think these doctors must be the third type of people who get money as well as profession but loose their interrest and that was seen...infact it was more of maual interpretation than heart and mind..

To cut it short, there 2 questions still running in my mind..
1) what are we living for? Dreams? Money? Expectations?
2) whichever profession we adopt or fall in cos of the situation, isn't it important to do it by all your heart?

What do you think?

A life of a girl..

She wants to fly,
she wants to study,
she wants to take care of her family,
she wants to have her own identity,
she wants to make friends,
she wants to fall in love,
she have dreams in her eyes..
which don't let her sleep till mid-night,
Then what is it, that is stopping her to fulfill it??
Any answer to this?

Well, the main intention to write today is there are few things on my mind which are eating my day up wondering about questions for which m not getting to the conclusion. Can she live her life on her own terms and conditions?
A lady falling in love, be it single, divorced, engaged or into a live-in, isn't she seen and tattle-red in our society?
Doesn't she have the right to do what she really wants to do and achieve?
What is it with society? Even if we believe in our own strengths we want people to believe in us. You know how much a girl turning into twenties is being pressurized by her family, society, neighbors etc? That's why might be we are soo emotionally strong because we start experiencing these mental pressure at very early stage.

Many women think their life is dependent on a Man. Well, m no different. But then at the back of my mind i still feel that i dont need anyone to be dependent on. 2 people come together to achieve one path in the journey of life and not to be a burden on the other person. Lucky are the people who have a family supporting crucial decisions of their life.

A girl begging on the road in the day time and giving herself to the hands of someone to live in this harsh society. A girl, married with the richest man in the world, has everything she wants but still feel empty inside. A girl, living her life on her terms and conditions, have to go through the opposition of her family as they think a women is to be groomed for a man of her life and not to go ahead in her career. A girl, who is dumped by a guy so many times but still keeps loving and falling for the same person. A girl, who accepts her partners family however it is and believes to live her life happily. A girl turning into a daughter in law, a mother, a sister carries the most softest feeling for every relation but sometime she doesnt get what she is deserved to be.

Womens quit their career to set up a new life with a new family .But i guess, here is where she takes a wrong turn. A lady bonds herself as she grow old, especially House wives..Are they given equal respect..forget respect..do their opinion even matters in the family? Most of the women who have decided to give their full time to the family after certain age are neglected by their childrens and husbands. A family who doesnt even bother to understand what are her likes n dislikes..a husband who at the end of d day treats her like "ghar ki murgi daal barabar", how she must b feeling.. hurted isnt it? Taking so mucch effort to look into smallest detail for her family, to make their life easy, what does she get at the end? Not even one appreciation from anybody..

I need an answer. When will you people start respecting and appreciating the birth of a women, when she is the one who have taken the charge of giving it all to you. Yes you, the one who is reading this article. Get back and appreciate every women around you. There is a story behind every women who is hidden behind the bars of that strong lady.

Gift To Love

"Dude..I dont have time to shit also.." Is that the line you use?

Well then this one is for you :
“Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.”

2 days have passed. back to the normal life which is just me, my family and my office. What do you expect being committed and your love is absent when you want to sit back and have a cup of coffee near that sea shore wala CCD when you are tired to the core?

At some point, m going to be with him. That small part what m talking about is the most precious and we forget to give that not only to our love but also to our parents, friends and also sometimes to yourself. That is the gift of "time"

It feels good when someone just takes out that 2 minutes to know about "how are you feeling?" "is the day good?" "All well?". It sounds small, but they do make allot more importance.

One of my friend said well about time for lovers "The greatest gift you can give to a special someone is your TIME. Its like you're giving the portion of your life that you can never bring back. Don't ever say to the one who is important in your life, that if you do not have time try and make it whenever an whereever possible....coz sometimes all u need to do is plan the day and u'll find time!!"

To end up, guys take out that time to know about your love and tell them how much special they are; how much ever times you must told them . Because its worth to have someone besides who values not only you but the time you give. Today the best thing you can gift your love is the gift of time, whether you plan it or not. It doesn't take much time to slip out that one second but to make that one special relation you need years.

So preserve that beautiful relation with the gift of time.
